FAQ's

What’s the process to get started?

First, we’d like to meet you, get to know your needs and answer any questions you have about us at an "assessment". Next, we’ll create a customized Service Plan along with other paperwork for you to review and sign. Then, we’ll match you with a caregiver, and set a schedule that works for you.

Is there a minimum number of days or hours required?

Yes, we require a minimum of four hours per visit, but there is no minimum number of days per week.

How do billing and payments work?

We bill on a biweekly basis. Payments can be made by cash, check, debit/credit card, or online payment. We do not accept insurance at this time, but we’re happy to provide documentation if you plan to seek reimbursement from a third-party provider.

Who are your companions, and are they background checked?

Our companions are carefully selected for their reliability, compassion, and genuine dedication to helping others. Every companion is CPR certified and undergoes a Florida Level 2 background check and screening process.

What if I have a concern and need to contact someone after business hours?

Our team is available to answer your questions or respond to your care needs 24/7.
